"I?m sharing my experience with Dave?s Fence in DeLand after seeing comments that they don?t care about customers after installation. That has not been my experience at all. After strong winds damaged my fence, I reached out and sent photos. The repair needed more than a simple adjustment, and they could have easily pushed for a much more expensive fix or even a partial reinstall. Instead, they were honest, responsive, and fair. They only charged a small service fee and are taking the time to properly repair everything so the fence is fully restored?not just patched. That level of integrity and follow-through says a lot. From my experience, Dave?s Fence stands behind their work and truly values their customers even after the job is done. I would absolutely recommend them."

"I have a .5 acre lot with some tricky bends. The came out and did a survey and drawing and gave me an estimate that was a bit higher than one other company, but Big Sun was including solar light post caps. Scheduled the project and all the fence was special made to what I wanted. Justin Campbell and his crew came out and quickly installed my fence. If questions came up they answered them and I also answered them as well. They treated my dogs well and even made time for them. They never did anything without asking first. They had custom solar light post caps and they are amazing. Big Sun fencing is a great company. The price is comparable and the quality of product and service far exceeds other companies in the area. I would go to them again and I would and will refer my friends to them. They also have a warranty and will go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied."

I called 3 companies and from the start was most impressed with Chris. He came out walked me through the estimate and plans. Having to struggle to get materials, he communicated with me every week on status. As soon as he got the materials he was here. Chris and Johnny worked non step for a day and a half finishing the project on 7/2. "We have 2 dachshunds that are professional diggers. They kept digging underneath our backyard fence. It was a wood fence that the person behind us installed. We had tried to patch and secure the best we could. It just wasn’t working any longer. We received 3 different quotes from 3 different companies from Angi. From the time we decided to go ahead with the job and we put down the deposit to having the fence installed was a little under 2 weeks. The longest part was waiting to receive the no dig fencing. The guys showed up early on the day of install and was done by 1:30 pm. The guys were very polite and respectful of our property. They worked quickly and our fence looked so nice after. We are so happy we actually went with the vinyl fencing. We can’t wait to redo our backyard now our new fence is done. We feel so much better our dogs will be safe in our back yard. We were so scared that they would get hurt while they were loose. Peace of mind is worth every penny. It was also great hearing my husband tell me how right I was about getting a new fence. That was actually worth EVERY PENNY. I would recommend Dave and his team at Top Rail to anyone looking to install a new fence. Dave kept his word to us. That is worth everything in our book."
