"I have a flat roof. Four years ago, in 2014, Jordan put on a new roof. I also have a mansered portion of the roof which is basically decorative and covered with shingles. They did not replace this part as it looked to still be in good condition. Last week when we had a big rain, the roof leaked into the master bedroom. I was mortified. They came out promptly and determined that part of the shingled portion of the roof which I could not see was wearing out and allowing water in. Tim took pictures so I could understand what he was telling me. He managed to glue it together such that when it happen to rain the next day, there was no more leaking. He measured the area so that the office could estimate the cost of replacing that area. He said the rest of the shingled roof could easily last 5-10 years more. Since this was not part of the roof his company had replaced and therefore guaranteed, technically he wasn’t obligated to do anything for free. But he made this repair, no charge. This is one of those rare reliable reputable companies that rarely exist anymore. It is family based with the next generation taking on more and more so it is likely to be around for many years. I will always call this company first. One other note: Initially, I was reluctant to hire them to replace my roof because they are based some distance from me and I thought if there were a problem it might be hard to get them out. In 2017, I had a bad leak in the portion of the roof over the garage. They were on it and it turned out it was due to a clogged downspout which is the homeowners responsibility. They cleared the drain nonetheless, no charge."

"Put in for the quote and got a response fast. We negotiated over the phone they are flexible. They were there the next day doing power wash. They also won't take money until you're satisfied. The paint job is great and they will come back and fix anything you can find afterwards. House was painted 3 days after contacting them. NOTE: All I would say if there are cracks or repairs you want fixed before they paint walk outside and mark them with something so they can see them otherwise they possibly won't be touched."

He and his crew completed the repair in just under two hours with a one year warranty on the work. Corey was very professional and personable. Doing business with K.S. "I hired HH Preferred Roofing to remove and replace our flat built up roof, parapets and barrel tile coping. They replaced it with a new double torch down system and replaced some of the existing roof sheathing and skylights. They were competitive and were clearly the most experienced and knowledgeable out of all the groups I spoke to. Aaron was fantastic and great to work with throughout the entire process. He truly cares about his clients and that they are satisfied with the work. If you’re in City of LA, they will be able to do the work quicker than a lot of other roofers because they are approved to take care of city roofing inspections. "I had a small roof leak. I got a few estimates, Excaliber was the lowest although they had a disclaimer that the bill could be higher if they found wood rot. They did find a small amount and there was a small extra charge but I think it was fair. I would definitely use them again after some bad past experiences with roofers, it's nice to find an honest and professional company."
