"I heard of New Age Construction while listening to the Doug McIntyre radio show on 790 KABC. What caught my attention was the mention of the quality of work and that construction was completed as scheduled. This is exactly what I experienced when I decided to have my bathroom remodeled. It needed a serious update. The men that work for this company were punctual, and worked the entire time they were here. On a few occasions they even wanted to stay late to finish their tasks. I found this very respectful. The guys covered the carpet and put up protective sheets to help keep the rest of my house clean. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend New Age Construction."

"Fire victims: Beware of construction company tactics hindering your recovery by delaying project completion & prevent you from obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy that is required to obtain a refinance loan after a fire. Please verify credentials of anyone working on your project is fully licensed with the Contractors State License Board, provide their legal name (not an alias), & operate from a legitimate business address rather than a P.O. box. Avoid contractors who rely on subcontractors, as they may attempt to shift blame. Never take loan or financing advice from them. Insist on written contracts & keep detailed email records of all communications & agreements. Make sure they comply with state & federal laws, especially asbestos. In my case, Joseph Sastiel abandoned my project for the loan to default. Thank GOD I am still in my home to defend myself & my family. Finally, our trial is 12/1/2025. Despite his attorney?s threats to appeal, I look forward to seeking justice."

"Worst experience ever. Extremely unorganized, didn't communicate timelines properly or project expectations, missed every deadline, and had to redo a portion of the work. There were several mishaps throughout the project, and we feel that we were lied to in terms of their expertise. Our built-in bench, the dimensions were off, my feet dangled when I sat down , and the finishing was so horrible that we had to call and pay a professional plaster guy to redo their work. The door they installed didn’t shut properly, the paint was uneven & the walls were cracking. They moved our gas lines for the furnace and didn't hook up the gas properly before they enclosed the walls. They threw our custom crown moulding in our bedroom in the dump during the demo, and had to get it custom made again, and it's not an exact match. They didn’t separate the electrical lines or add new lines during the remodel but added to our existing lines which caused a short circuit and our lights to flicker for weeks."

"EXCEPTIONAL, TRUTHFUL, QUALITY WORK!!! Nir and his team came in and really save us. At first, we hired a different contractor to design and build an addition at our house and the contractor just left us in the middle of the work. Due to that, our house left without any bedrooms or functional bathrooms downstairs. That contractor supposed to finish the work in 3 months and it after close to 7 months the work stayed as is. After we contacted CAN Partners, Nir and his team stepped in and fixed all the problems, passed all the inspections and completed the entire work fast. Nir went out of his own way to make sure that the quality of the work will be at the top and eh even did more than he should in order to make us happy. The completed addition is perfect for our needs and we can’t thank enough to Nir and his team for everything they did for us. Thank you Nir."
