Would have really appreciated being consulted about location of inspection tubes, as one of them got located right in the middle of the access road to the back of my property. Also the tubes were installed cockeyed so they are ugly to look at. It would have been small thing to stand them up straight, and there was no rush to finish. I was told I could install special flush mounting paving caps for the tubes at almost $100 each if I didn't want to look at the crooked pipes. Not really what I wanted to hear after spending that kind of money."

"It was okay, I wasn't exactly pleased with it. I had these rubber palettes on my back stairs and they heat up in the winter. The only gripe I had  was that the guys threw them aside and didn't do anything with them. They just left them lying there. Someone had to put them back on the stairs and I am not sure they are working as good as they were. My deck was looking pretty sleazy, and I didn't know if it needed a patch. It was expensive, but I knew it was going to be expensive. They did do a good job, but there were a few minor details that they didn't do. The price was acceptable."

Incredibly considerate, they actually cut and stacked the usable firewood!  When there was a problem with the right-of-way of the Municipality, Carlos came up with a better idea.  Carlos came up with another idea that was a great improvement for very little extra cost (to Enstar, not him). <br>     Last, in a very kind gesture, my dog pen, which had to be removed, was put back up! <br>     I am a new homeowner and have heard about all the nightmares with contractors, but Carlos and his crew were the absolute best. And for the amount of work they did, I am extremely pleased. The stone walls are stunning! <br> <br> <br>"
