The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. From our initial contact with Cannon, our salesperson, the wonderfully helpful scheduler, Kiersten, and AJ, the project manager and his crew for the installation and closing, everyone was friendly and professional. As a former Virginia Class A contractor who has done this kind of work and understands the challenges, I can tell you that these people are spectacular. I wish I would have had these employees working for me back when I was a builder. Any fool can climb up on a roof and nail down shingles, but this construction crew was prompt to arrive on time, got to work immediately, and stripped and replaced twenty-three squares of shingles in one day while doing an outstanding job, with no flaws or defects that I could find. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable for the work we contracted and the 50-year warranty on the roof. In my experience, when you hire out a job, there are three factors: cost, quality, and timeliness, and you get to pick which two you want. What we asked and paid for was top-quality materials and workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and that is what we received. If you are looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, top-of-the-line quality, at a reasonable price point, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. I suspect you will not be disappointed."

"After 22 years it was time for a new roof. I met with at least 9 roofing companies before choosing ISP Roofing and Construction . ISP roofing beat all other bids in so many ways. He is local and was at the job site everyday assuring things were running smoothly, making sure his crew had everything they needed and communicating with me (the home owner) exactly what would be happening. The entire project from tearing off the old roof to replacing a new, class 4 shingle with a high profile ridge, I-living power/solar vents on my roof was completed before dinner that night. I couldnâ t be happier with my new roof, which was finished and the site cleaned up in only 1 day. "I am pleased with the quality, care and follow up that Advanced Exteriors provided for the work they did on my two properties after the hail storm last year. The storm damaged my roofs, gutters and other areas of the properties. My rep Andrew Graves was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my concerns, always followed up quickly and took care of it all! He and the company worked directly with my insurance company, which made everything easier. After the jobs were completed they sent their own quality control person to inspect the work. Chris found a few issues that didn’t meet his standards and had them corrected. These were things I wouldn’t have even been aware of. It did take a while for the jobs to be completed since this storm was catastrophic. So many properties were damaged and everyone needed repair at the same time, along with a few weather delays. In all, I feel that Advanced Exteriors is honest and dedicated to providing quality work to their customers. I would use them again!"
