"Steve came right out and built dams on each side of the tree belt piping, using pebbles and earth. Again, a very creative and skilled solution. By the time the health inspector came out, our storm water was flowing right into the street storm sewer, as required. The inspector's only comment was "whoever did this knew what they were doing". So this firm has demonstrated over several years just how effective they are. They stand by their clients years after a job is completed, and possess knowledge and expertise to solve thorny problems. "Completed a fairly major basement renovation with KBA a few months ago. KBA served as the general contractor, and was responsible for subcontracting specialty (e.g., pluming and electrical) work. Scope of work included demolition and removal of a substantial part of an outdated basement, new electrical and lighting, new flooring, ceiling, and walls, interior painting, restoration of staircase, and total renovation of a basement bathroom, including addition of a new shower, as well as handling all permitting and inspection (code) requirements. Although there were a few minor hangups and delays, as can be expected with any big project, we were very happy with both the timeline and the outcome. The quality of the work was great, and the professionalism of all staff was outstanding. This was a large project that we were hesitant to move forward with at first, but once we started working with KBA, everything went pretty smoothly. Very good experience overall and would recommend to others."

"The process went as expected based on the timeline given by WMM. I found all of the workers to be very easy to communicate with and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. While the price for the job wasn't inexpensive, it was fair and less costly than many other contractors we talked with. It was surprisingly difficult to find anyone who was even willing to do a concrete step job, but WMM was happy to accommodate our needs and always had a friendly attitude. <br /> The only hiccup in the job was caused by some low wires over our driveway. The wires made it very difficult for the concrete truck to access the pour area. The truck had to drive in our yard and made some deep ruts. I told the contractor about this and he did his best to fill the ruts and reseeded the area at no extra charge. <br />"
