From our initial contact with Cannon, our salesperson, the wonderfully helpful scheduler, Kiersten, and AJ, the project manager and his crew for the installation and closing, everyone was friendly and professional. As a former Virginia Class A contractor who has done this kind of work and understands the challenges, I can tell you that these people are spectacular. I wish I would have had these employees working for me back when I was a builder. Any fool can climb up on a roof and nail down shingles, but this construction crew was prompt to arrive on time, got to work immediately, and stripped and replaced twenty-three squares of shingles in one day while doing an outstanding job, with no flaws or defects that I could find. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable for the work we contracted and the 50-year warranty on the roof. In my experience, when you hire out a job, there are three factors: cost, quality, and timeliness, and you get to pick which two you want. What we asked and paid for was top-quality materials and workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and that is what we received. If you are looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, top-of-the-line quality, at a reasonable price point, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. I suspect you will not be disappointed."

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "Mike and his crews were top-notch, executing this project flawlessly from beginning to end. The contract was signed on a Friday afternoon, and Mike was immediately on the phone ordering materials and setting up delivery for Monday, scheduling the project for Tuesday, with gutter install on Wednesday (in high winds). The crews operated like a well-oiled machine. We were replacing a very old, wood shake roof, and the job was completed in 8.5 hours, start to finish. Gutters were completed in an afternoon. We highly recommend ISP Roofing and Construction for any exterior project! You will not be disappointed, and customer service was excellent! Roof and gutters look great!"

He arrived 7 minutes early, communicated via text multiple times to coordinate which grab bars to purchase, installed them in a tiled wall shower and shower/tub solidly with no damage, worked straight through until done, asked questions to make sure it was what we wanted. Cleaned up. He is pleasant and polite. I highly recommend him. He said he has a wide variety of skills beyond what we needed."
