"The two men who came here obviously knew what they were doing.  I had already warned the company about difficult access, and they explained that they billed time and materials. Office quoted $1,232 for the pressure tank and $120/hr for the men, so I already knew that I was paying about $400 more for the tank than if I bought it myself and had it delivered to my home. <br />      As I expected, water softener had to be moved to acces the tank.  Ruptured bladder in old tank made it impossible to drain tank normally, so they had to move the 400-500lb tank to the sump pump hole to drill holes and drain it.  When lowering to its side, tank slipped and fell on sump-pump plumbing, so they repaired that with pipe I already had and a new union.  While they had to put everything down on the bill, they then reduced the time by 30 minutes and lowered the tank price by $50 which more than offset the problem with the sump pump. <br />        I was pleased that they notified me of their mistake, and more than satisfied with how they handled it.  Also, there was left over copper pipe from the last time someone worked in the basement, and they used the my pipe rather than charging me for new pipe <br /> - I thought that was considerate.  The made sure I had good pressure everywhere in the house, and changed the house water filter because it was already dirty and their work added more sediment.  They let me know that if any sediment made it to the faucets and affected pressure, I might want to clean the aerator filters.  Overall, I am very please with them and would use Odenheimer again.  If the bill would have been $300 lower, I would have given them a perfect score. And again, I knew the cost before they came out, so it was not a surprise. <br />"
