When challenged on the effectiveness of their proposal, and costs for services, they recanted and agreed to stick to the estimated price. When challenged on competitive pricing, the representative could not validate charges. I believe the total cost was too high for the work performed. Overall, I agreed to the price for two reasons. The situation required an immediate fix, and EB Plumbing is local to me."
