"Francisco Gomez started the job until day #2, He stated that he can't grade the three sided out of the four sided property because he does not have the heavy equipment (dozer) to do the slopes. He only has the small machine to finish up the driveway. He should have told me that from the beginning so that I would not have hired him. I already gave him $3,600 & he only gave me back $300. I would like an additional refund of $ 1,000. He only did partial grading for driveway & move the mulch in the back part of the property. There was no gravel or cement installed."

"This is the second time I have use Sunshine Window Cleaning. They do an outstanding, professional job plus being pleasant and accommodating. They arrived on time and were able to get the work done efficiently. In addition, I had a simple additional task that required a tall ladder and they were pleased to do that. They also showed me several windows and a skylight that were beginning to get cloudy where the seals were leaking. When I had them here last year they also pressure washed my driveway and deck.
