But, because the fence abutted our basement bilco doors they had to remove one of the door handles. They proceeded to break both of them. I reported this to the company and they asked that I send pictures, which I did. The company has never replaced or compensated me for the broken door handles.

"The men came to the house much later than expected because they had a rush job before hand. (We didn't know this at first.)  When they did arrive, they explained what they were going to do then got to work right away and stopped when the sun went down.  Most of the fence went up on the 29th, but had to come back on the 30th to repair the existing gate and put the finishing touches on the fence they installed.  They made sure everything worked before leaving.  We are very pleased with the work and the fence and would use their services again if needed."
