"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"Jerry replaced the closet doors in three bedrooms, as well as a small linen closet, in a 57-year-old house. One of the new doors was damaged, and he went to Home Depot to exchange it for me. The job was harder than he expected and took much longer than originally expected because the doorways were not quite the right size and the carpet was thick. He did an excellent job, and the doors look great and work well. If I have any other door needs, I will not hesitate to call Jerry again. He is honest, fair, and just a nice guy. We used them for a large job to frame, drywall, spackle and trim the attic plus fit doors for storage spaces. They were response to our request for a quote, provided a clear break-down so we had full transparency of the costs and could select the amount of work we wanted to do at this time.
