Additionally, our home is older and has a textured ceiling throughout, which we wanted to maintain. VA Dream had no issues matching the repair to the rest of the house. They did such a good job, we immediately had them do a drywall replacement for a newly installed walk-in shower. Excellent work, done efficiently by nice people. Very happy."

The installer cleaned up the area during, and after the install. The shelving units were pretty much what we discussed & paid for. "Tom did an outstanding job of replacing a couple of 20-year-old pressure-treated 6x6 posts for a 2nd story porch that were showing signs of rot. He removed the bad posts, installed new concrete-filled supports, and replaced the posts (including a galvanized metal cap between the concrete & wood). He also straightened a severely-leaning mailbox, securing it with concrete, and even filled in a hole that had mysteriously appeared in our driveway a couple of months ago. The entire project was completed over two days. Throughout the entire effort he kept us constantly apprised of his plans and his progress. And when he and his assistant departed, they left the porch area cleaner than they found it. And the total cost was 25% less than the original estimate."
