"I met Gert when we hired him to replace our Tankless water heater. I was so impressed with is knowledge and concern to make sure the installation was neat and clean. The piping is literally a work of art. We met with Gert and Sergio to discuss the next phase. They removed all the galvanized pipe and installed 3/4" copper with a true hot water recirculating line for Tankless recirculating pump. Before they started work, they came in and placed protective covers over the hardwood floors. Sergio and his team replaced all the cast iron drains with ABS. They even opened walls where needed to get to the old galvanized drains to the sinks. They pulled up toilets and replaced the old flanges with new ones. All that's left is the sewer line from the house to the street. We will be calling Gert and Sergio when reach that point. Gert, Sergio and the whole crew have something you do not see that often anymore. That's integrity and concern for their customer. Also very conscientious of keeping our home clean."

"I had a burned out fixture, a motion-sensed CircLine florescent light which stopped lighting. From past experience I thought the problem might be the ballast as well as the bulbs. I had ordered and had the replacement bulbs and the ballast when I had fixed the light myself, two years ago. The fixture is in a really difficult location for me, so I used HomeAdvisor and was referred to Pacific Coast Electric, Heating and Air. Alfredo understood my problem, and luckily only the bulbs needed replacing. However, he rewired the fixture to the wall, commenting that a slightly loose wire connection could have accelerated the bulb burnout problem. He tested the ballast voltages which were good. Total repair took less than an hour and I only had to pay the minimum time fee. He recommended that the fixture be replaced with an LED light fixture when it went out next. The LED lights should last 10 years rather than the 2 years we have been experiencing."
