"Sean did a thorough cleaning of our chimney which hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years. He covered the hearth and carpeting nearby and vacuumed during and after the cleaning process. He also installed a flue cap per our additional request that same trip. When it was time to clean the dryer vent, he took one look and said that it wasn’t in need of cleaning and didn’t charge the fee for it. He had to access the vent through the roof where he got a clear view of the vent. We will definitely call AZ Chimney and Air Ducts again for service in the future."

"The technician examined dryer duct to roof and determined that our heating/ac unit was mounted directly on top of the opening and he could not clean from the top - he explained that this is a real fire hazard and I was so happy he alerted us.  He offered to refund our money, but I told him to keep it as the information he gave us was indeed worth his time and effort plus he cleaned what he could from the bottom of the vent and in the dryer. <br /> We immediately called our AC installer and they quickly came and cut off the cap on the top of the vent and used a long vacuum hose to clean our the duct.  <br />"

"This is the third time I have used Jaycox and I have to say they are a great company. Dominic came out and I explained the situation about how my brother and I installed a new programmable thermostat. After we installed it we discovered that we had blown a fuse since we crossed wires (lesson learned to turn off power). I went to Lowe's got a new fuse and installed it in the blower. I noticed the blower didn't come on, but it did when I pressed the button. Dominic came out this Saturday morning and said I had fixed the issue, but I forgot one step. I needed to put the panels back on. Apparently, it is a safety feature to make certain people don't electrocute themselves. Pressing the button showed that it worked. I didn't know about putting the panel back on (another lesson learned). I love this company. They are just so honest and NEVER attempt to upsell me."
