"The technician was terrific. He arrived on time (actually early) and proceeded to analyze the problem of the dishwasher not starting properly. Rather than take my suggestion (that the problem was likely in the co trip panel) he proceeded to find that the problem was that rats had been filling the space behind and below the dishwasher with crushed debris that caused the dishwasher to not engage the switch. Instead of the expected large repair bill to replace the control panel, the charge was only $200 for his time."

He came with parts that he thought were causing my problem from discussion over the phone. Unfortunately, the parts he came didn't fit my dryer. "Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"
