"I called The Driveway Lady to get a quote and ideas on how to solve a difficult problem with my concrete porch. My home was built in the late 1800s and has a large raised concrete wrap around porch surrounded by beautiful stone walls. Replacement would be prohibitive, but there were some substantial cracks and pitting. It was like walking on an ocean reef, it was so rough, and the repairs made to the cracks wouldn’t hold, but Jean determined that it was otherwise secure with no water penetration below. She suggested they repair the cracks with hydraulic cement and then coat the entire surface with Miracote to seal both the cracks and smooth the surface and protect from future pitting. They worked with me to get the color right when I didn’t like the initial application.  Jean stands by her work and does an outstanding job. The people she has working for her are also courteous, pleasant and easy to work with. I can’t recommend her and her team enough."

"Work went exceptionally well from start to finish. We were referred by a friend, and called Adam for a quote on a small landscape re-design job. Adam met with us several times to get an idea of what we were looking for and to discuss details of timing/options/cost for the job. He did a good job of listening and providing suggestions to get us to exactly what we were looking for. He also did a good job of letting us know what our options were without over-promising or pushing us over our budget, which is pretty hard to find. The work was done quickly, and the quality/attention to detail was excellent. The crew showed up on time, was friendly, and did a great job of cleaning up/not ripping up the yard. Probably most importantly, Adam had the best communication skills of any landscaper/contractor I've ever hired. He responded quickly to phone calls/texts, and didn't let any planning/details go until he was sure that my wife and I were on the same page with him. I can't recommend these guys more highly, and will definitely hire them again in the future."

"I want to start with Frank was the most painless, professional contractor I have ever used, and I had four houses built. I get my driveway seal coated every two years, and will only use a paving company. Over the last few years I have used various paving companies with great reviews and had some issues, that I was not happy with. Keeping in mind paving companies charge a little more, use quality materials and I am willing to pay for the work. Frank was excellent, in response time, scheduling and doing everything he said upon agreed work. He answered all of my questions and the issues I had with my previous seal coating which I wanted to avoid this time around. I am completely happy. I pulled my car in after my two day wait and have no tire marks, or pull up which was my previous issue, with another provider. Seven years later my quest is solved in finding a paving contractor I can just call and do my future seal coating work. Frank will be the first contractor I will call when I need my driveway repaved. "While visiting my sister's house in Royersford, PA we discovered my son had been dropping rocks down the vent pipe in the front yard which caused the sewer drain to back up into the basement. My brother-in-law who is a contractor, rented a professional snake on several different days trying to clear the drain to no avail. We called American Drain Cleaning as a last resort thinking that we may have to dig up the front yard to get at the massive blockage. We chose American since they said they could provide full sewer line replacement if necessary, but the lead plumber, Dan, said he would first try to remove the rocks from the vent pipe since he has seen this problem before. We crossed our fingers and hoped for the best! Dan first removed about 15 pounds of rocks using a high powered industrial shopvac with extra long hose. He then carefully removed the remaining larger rocks and pieces of brick with some 10 ft. long tongs. Amazing!  After all was said and done the sewer drain was clear and we didn't need to dig up the yard! THANK YOU DAN!
