Craig and crew worked efficiently and "caringly" to sculpture the trees the way I envisioned. The remaining 4 trees were completed and all limbs and trimmings removed. They didn't realize just how expansive the not-yet-completely visible root spread was when they accepted the job and were determined to take on the challenge! Very professional and kind workers. They got the job done and cleaned up in approximately 3 hours and ensured we were pleased with the completion of their work. We can very highly recommend their services!"

"I contacted several tree trimmers to complete a job. This profession is extremely busy in our area. Optimum is no exception. If you have an emergency they might be able to respond quickly, but for regular trimming or maintenance the scheduling could be  3 to 4 weeks. While they did respond to calls and emails, it does take a day or 2. The team is professional and courteous. If I did use them again it would be for removal only. If they park on a hard surface, put a tarp down. The vehicles leak fluids.
