"Had gotten an estimate prior year, too late to do the job before winter, but he told me my leaking top roof would last through the winter.  I did not contract for the job until the following spring, and he was booked until November.  However, they showed up a couple of days early.  Crew and foreman were great.  They did a very good job and cleaned up beautifully.  The door installation was not easy because of the age of the house but I am very pleased with them.  Communication excellent, by phone and email.  Hope to use when we replace the shingled roofs in a few years.
The job was a little more than the estimate because some of the  plywood needed replacing, but the cost per sheet was specified in the contract.
