"We put our fence in in 2011 and when I called to get the post top fixed, they knew everything about our project. The fence has held up extremely well. One of the neighbor's tree branches fell and broke the topper on one of our fence posts. The lady on the phone was polite and scheduled the tech to come out and fix it. "They met with me on 4/28/2008 and I received the estimate on May 1st. I had asked for an estimate for replacing the current fence with either chain link or a cedar fence. They only sent me an estimate for the chain link fence. I called two more times to see if I could get an estimate for the cedar fence, but I never received any follow up. In the meantime I found another company that provided me with both estimates, better prices, and better follow up."
