I had an issue with a latch in the kitchen, and they came over very quickly to fix it at no charge. I highly recommend these guys if you need to childproof your home but don't have a lot of time to take care of it yourself."

"I would give a 6 star review if I could. I called KG because I had an electrical issue that had nothing to do with my gate. My electrician couldn't figure out the problem so he told me to ask if it was the gate causing an electrical short. Josh came out & confirmed that all his equipment was working properly. Then my electrician comes back & asked to talk to Josh to figure it out. Josh answers his phone WHILE ON VACATION!!! You can't get that kind of service anywhere. It was a bad GFI outlet. KG Doors has been responsive since the installation May 2015"

"Wally & his crew were very reliable. They were usually earlier than they said they would be at our house. They installed interior doors, recaulked my tub & refinished my wood floors & installed new trim. They also fixed a bedroom ceiling that was water damaged & painted it.I will hire them again in the future. I recommended them to my neighbor."

"Like the last review, if I could give less than 1 star, I would. I was recommended to them by someone who had 2 fences and 2 sheds installed by the company when the father was in charge. They used to be a good business. I paid a large amount to get a vinyl fence installed. It looks wonderful and is exactly what I wanted. It's less than 1 year old. I realized that, over the winter 4 of the fence post caps blew off and I could not find them. I called Rustic and asked what could be done. They said they did everything right and wanted me to pay for replacements and told me I could glue them down myself if I wanted. The company who makes the fence sent me the installation instructions which say the caps should be glued down during installation. I called and told Rustic about this and the guy hung up on me. They will not answer any further calls. The company who makes the fence cannot help since Rustic bought product thru a middleman. STAY AWAY from Rustic Wood. They once were a great comp"
