"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. "It went well. I had asked for an estimate when Aqua Pressure washing cleaned my gutters. Zach gave me an estimate and explained to me what roof cleaning involved, and told me a bit about his experience in this field. After we agreed to have it done, we had some problems with scheduling the work due to weather considerations. But Zack called me as soon as he saw the possibility of getting it done before winter set in. They came and really did a great job; the roof looks so clean! Zack tells me that the chemicals will continue to work when it rains, which will significantly delay the reappearance of the mildew. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly.
