"GreenHouse did a fantastic job on our new deck and porch from beginning to end. Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. "Didn't even get to the job. Called 02/22/23 to schedule quote. Scheduled it 8 days out for 03/02/23 for 11:00. Called at 10:55 to inform his engineer went to the wrong address but both should be there shortly. At 11:09 texted to inform me no one was at my house and we needed to reschedule, despite me standing at the window waiting. After 30 minutes and several texts, confirmed he went to wrong address but too busy and needed to reschedule. Not very professional and very little respect for possible client."

We subsequently had another repairman come in who said there is no problem cleaning the tube and did so. The material clogging the pipe is shown in the photo."
