"Henry was so great to work with! He came out quickly and gave a very reasonable quote. Him and his crew were always here early and worked hard all day. They got my large weed filled back yard completely renovated quickly! From removing all of the weeds, trees, bushes, broken gate and old crumbled patio, to looking brand new with beautiful decorative rocks, new concrete patio, turf and a new gate. I can't wait to spend all spring and summer outside this year!! Henry listened to what we wanted and gave great suggestions! Will definitely call him again for any future needs and have already referred others to call him for a quote! I highly recommend this company!"

Customers say: Super punctual

"The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

Small jobs welcome

"Jorge and his team were so great to work with. Jorge was very kind and prompt about responding to us. Him and his team did an excellent job and everything looks great! They also helped us fix some drains, a tree root and a broken sprinkler head. I could tell Jorge wanted us to have everything done right. They have good integrity and I would definitely use them again for any future projects! "

"Rob and his team did an amazing job installing our stamped concrete patio and pergola! It looks amazing! When we told him we were putting a large pergola on top of the patio he made sure to install extra support in all the right places after looking over the design. He was very communicative during the install and the quotes he gave were what was charged. Not a penny more. Very happy with the service and would recommend this company to family and friends."

Customers say: Quick response

"Tony was a pleasure to work with. His response time for an estimate and scheduling the job was outstanding. Very reasonably priced for the excellent work his employees created. His workers were very polite as well as neat, cleaning up after the job was finished. I had a sidewalk with steps created in my backyard as well as replacing concrete slabs on my driveway. Would not hesitate to call him again for another project."

"RP was efficient, quick & easy to work with. Could have been a little clearer on orice but worked out well. We had 5 tons of dirt around the house & a concrete repair in garage. It all looks terrific."

FAQs for concrete patios, walks & steps installation projects in Parker, CO

Most sidewalks rely on a ready‑mix blend of Portland cement, sand, gravel, and water that trucks deliver to your site and pour in one continuous lift. For added strength, many contractors fold in fiber mesh or steel reinforcement. This mix cures into a rock‑solid slab that stands up to foot traffic, freeze‑thaw cycles, and daily wear for decades. Expect a pro to recommend a 4‑inch‑thick pour for standard walkways.

With the right mix, proper drainage, and routine upkeep, a concrete sidewalk can last 25 to 50 years. Freeze‑thaw cycles, road salt, and heavy loads all shorten that timeline, but sealing every few years and patching small cracks early keeps damage in check. Think of sealing as inexpensive insurance for decades of safe, stable footing. In milder climates, some slabs push well past the 30‑year mark without major repairs.

Concrete sidewalks crack as a result of significant temperature fluctuations and heavy load pressures. The freeze-thaw cycles and sustained weight from vehicles or intense foot traffic force the concrete to develop cracks over time. Applying a premium sealant every two to three years and substituting salt with sand for de-icing minimizes crack formation. Regular maintenance and timely repairs safeguard the sidewalk’s structural integrity and extend its service life.
