"Initially I requested an estimate for a plumbing project already in progress with some challenges. Keith responded immediately to get details and schedule to come out to look at what was needed. He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. He and his team completed the work on time and were neat and professional and results were better than I expected. There was no damage at all to what was old tile. I subsequently had him assess an old water heater and decided to replace it. It had to go into a very small areas and be upgraded to code and he was able to solution the replacement to fit perfectly in the limited space. Previously on the project we had noticed a periodic odor of gas but no one had verified a source. Keith identified a leak in the area of the furnace right next to the water heater. We had decided to upgrade the furnace and AC and again Keith and his team were able to get an order in quickly, get the install done exactly as committed and fixed the gas leak in the process. Based on the quality of work performed in each case and the expertise of the team I hired Plumbing Tree again to assess an old furnace and AC at my primary residence. The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. I recommend Plumbing Tree for these services based on quality and reliability - also cost was competitive and the team they used had the expertise required. "Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. ( way overpriced), etc. Finally, we found an excellent smaller local company. We went with Pure Water Services in Loveland. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and absolute pros. They were able to get us scheduled for a new hot water heater within days . Their master plumber Patrick was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. Patrick is an impressive and experienced plumber. Alexander keeps in touch daily with every step of your project repair. I was impressed with how kind, and professional he is to customers. We are so thankful to have hot water again. They stand by their work. My husband and I highly recommend them!"

"While there were some challenges with individuals on this project and it went over on its schedule, we are ultimately very happy with the quality and price of this installation. While Elizabeth wasn't on the actual installation team, she was a key team member in helping us discuss the financing of this project. She was fantastic and a true asset to this organization. The project manager was a wonderful salesperson, but left a little lacking in overall communication of project progress. I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through. Finally, they did a wonderful job of the removal of our swamp cooler which was included in the price of the AC installation."

"Questioning the value of the membership I purchased. The hvac tech tried to sell us expensive unneeded services and didn?t provide any photos or written reports of the inspection. The plumbing tech did provide a written report of the inspection and also made suggestions for pricey upgrades. It?s hard to tell what?s necessary and what isn?t with this company. Techs have all been professional and punctual."

"I found Pure Water Plumbing & water Purification, by way of searching on the internet. My Mom always told me to get at least 3 quotes on a job that you are going to pay for. My 1st quote was well over $3000 bucks just for the water heater and install. The 2nd one didn't want to install the water heater brand I wanted but was right at $1500 bucks. Then because of the way I was looking Lanney of Pure Water gave me a call. He was very knowledgeable and was over $500 less than the 1st quote with the same brand of water heater. Lanny also recommended my getting a ""Scale Reduction System"" installed with the new water heater. By adding that, the water heater doesn't get the build up inside of scale from the hard water here in Englewood. When Lanny was getting ready to leave the supply house to head to my home. He gave me a call to let me know he was about an hour out. Once here, I showed him where everything was and the main shutoff for the home. He and his appr were able to get the entire job done in less time than I thought possible. Afterwards he showed me the completed job and everything was done ""Up To Code"". (The last time, 16 years ago, I found out when I had the water heater installed. It wasn't up to code like they had told me they were going to do). I let Lanny know before he came to my home, that I have a dog that is 13 years old but loves people. She is an American Staffordshire Terrier that is very friendly when I am with her. Lanny's appr was a little apprehensive her. But Sophie Lynn won him over. Every time the appr would go in and out of the home to get supplies or take stuff back to the truck. He got to the point of giving Sophie a head rub. (She Loved It). So, if you want someone that is going to give you the best craftsmanship alone with a much better warranty. I highly recommend Pure Water Plumbing and Water Purification. Note---- If there is a problem with the water heater down the line, while still under warranty, other companies will replace it for free. But you have to pay for the re-install. I gave 5 Stars on my review only because giving 6 or 7 or even more was not available."
