"I seldom give out 5 stars but he really went above and beyond the call of duty. I had 8 windows where I needed curtain rod base plates properly fixed to the walls. I live in a manufactured home, so the studs are wherever the builders felt like placing them. And then there's the drywall. Well it took the 2 of them 2 hours for that project with a few bumps along the way but the result was great. Would definitely hire him again. Also the price was great, and no hidden or extra charges. It was exactly the quoted estimate. Thx"

"Regarding the first job to replace the shower door rollers, David called me the night before to confirm what was needed and said he would call me the next morning when he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. Because of the design of the shower door assembly, Dave had to remove both doors and since I had already purchased replacement roller wheels, I decided to replace all the roller wheels on both doors. The doors now work perfectly. The second time I called was to fix the casement window in my living room. The lock handle broke off with the window in the locked position. I spoke to Daniel McElreavey to set up an appointment and was told he doesn't do work in Philadelphia, but he had a handyman he works with and would relay my problem to him. He said he was meeting up with the handyman in about 1/2 hour that same day and told me to email him pictures of the window and lock, which I did. I never heard back from either Daniel or the handyman and that is why I gave such a low rating."

"Oh I am so happy, Cody came within 3 hours and looked over everything and explained to my son and I what had to be done. He put the door up so we could get our cars out. The man was so Kind and Understanding . He wanted to come back the nest day on Saturday but we had other arrangements. I forgot to mentioned this happened where the spring left loose and came crashing down on a Friday afternoon. we could not even image if this would have hit someone as Cody explained the force behind the springs. This mourning he came Monday and Fixed it and also adjusted the belt drive. Than he called me out to the garage to put it up and down and than he went thur and explained and showed me how to grease everything, which will help maintain the door opening better.
