"The team Fence & Deck sent to install a fence in my backyard—an area measuring about 1/6th of an acre—were quick, efficient, and friendly. The first team member showed up just before 7:30 to start dismantling the old fence. By 8 AM, the rest of the team was hard at work. It was a quieter process than I thought, to be honest—which was great, as my neighbors work from home. They were finished by 2 PM; had cleaned up, packed up the old fence and their equipment and were gone. There were issues with installing the new fence: trees had grown into the fence path, most of them belonging to the neighbors. "So we were having our brick stairs redone out front of the house and we wanted to find someone to replace the two broken railings. Because only the top-cap of each railing was broken, our contractor for the brick work suggested that a repair could be performed. One fellow quoted $1000.00 per rail. He wanted to leave most of the railing in place, welding in a new section of iron on the top of each rail. Once our our neighbor called someone else who quoted $400.00 per rail for the same repair, the other guy said he could match that price. So imagine my surprise when R D Neale from Baltimore Wrought Fence and Rail said that he could use the existing materials and do the repair for 85 bucks a rail and make them look as good as new! Sure enough, he came out right away, fixed up the rails, and even repainted them. The rails look great and I couldn't be happier. I'd highly recommend you give Mr. Neale a call for your railing work."
