The charm of our old Key West Style cottage was the original flooring and we searched high and low to find a great guy, old school type repair service that is very hard to find. Most companies only want to replace not repair. Eddie was a God Sent for us. Fair price considering the extent of the damage. The floors actually came out even better than before. Great communication, finished ahead of time. Eddie is an all time pro person and business owner who takes great pride in his workmanship. "Olaf installed our 36 inch ceramic tile. He gave us an outstanding the fair quote for the work. He picked up the tile from Floor And Decor for us saving us $250. He moved all the furniture from the room to be tiled and reinstall all the furniture after the tiling was completed. He was always on time and worked late on certain days to complete the job as promised . Olaf’s assistant was extremely competent and helpful. They worked as a wonderful team sharing all the work. They removed all the old carpeting from the room to be tiled, including the padding. They carried all the used carpeting and padding away and cleaning up every night after they had completed their work. The job was completed on schedule and the finishing around the edges of the tile was immaculate. All the nail heads were spackled. Any gaps were filled the final job look incredible! I can’t recommend Olaf and his service highly enough! We have three other rooms to be tiled and looking forward to having him do each one of them."

"I have never dealt with a more incompetent company as Best Flooring. It started with the removal of all the original flooring which left holes in my wall, chipped cabinets and every corner of my house walls scuffed. They were very apologetic and promised to make it right…They didn’t. I brought up many concerns during demolition and installation. My floors upstairs were creaking like I lived in a 100 year home. There were cracked planks in every room. The floors were moving when stepped on. They came out twice to fix the problems and used my 4 un-opened boxes to replace the “problem” areas. I finally had to get a certified floor specialist to come to my home to give an unbiased opinion on what was going on. Which cost more money out of my pocket. Come to find out they never leveled my floors correctly. So As of right now I am out of over $22,000…What I paid them for the flooring, what the flooring cost and plumber fees. They broke my flanges on 2 toilets and reinstalled my master bath toilet when repairing the floors for the second time and the toilet leaked to my downstairs. There is countless other problems like ruining my rug, spilling something on my outside freshly painted porch that is now discolored. I could go on and on. My floors are only 3 months old!!! Please do not use this company. They are awful and have no clue what they are doing!"
