"The workers were very nice. I definitely appreciated them, but they arrived an hour and half after the agreed time, which kind of threw off my day and made it hard to coordinate. Also, and maybe this is just me, but I felt like it was an astonishing amount of money for what seemed like a very basic clean up. Perhaps I'm wrong but for $400 (after tips) I was shocked to find a lot of missed spots around pretty obvious parts of the house, like dust still on the coffee table and dust left in my bathrooms medicine cabinets. I'm kind of disappointed, overall."

"I am beyond pleased with the detailed work that was done. The two people were friendly and professional. I desperately needed my living room cleaned top to bottom and every furniture wiped down and moved to sweep and mop. My living room was the cleanest and looked amazing! I had so many complements how my living room looked so much bigger! Just because of the deep cleaning it was given. I’m very happy with the hard work. I highly recommend Essential Maids. I’m looking forward to hiring them again."
