Due to the snow they asked us to give measurements of the damage and was sent a quote asking for half of deposit. 3 wks later show for repair & said the measurements were off & double the price. No one from ACP came to verify and when discussing Becky sarcastic saying ?Yes I Know we are a bad company for not measuring? I Don?t Care?. We asked for a refund she said no we are past the time. I mention that no contract was signed so we don?t have a legal agreement. Her tone & attitude changed. She thought she had us locked in & the money was secured so she CHOSE to speak nonchalantly & sarcastically. It was agreed that the deposit will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. This company was friendly & compliant in the beginning that all changed when they thought they had the contract signed & deposit secured. Becky was not professional enough to verify the contract was signed, they just wanted $$$$"
