When they leave, my house is like I want it to be. Lisa is very professional and is customer oriented. It is important to her that her crew does a good job and she leads by example. "Radiant Cleaning did not complete the majority of the standard cleaning tasks they advertise. I paid for a standard clean and even limited the job to only part of my home, yet many basic items like mirrors, appliances, trash, baseboards, and touchpoints were not cleaned. After raising the issue, the company responded by falsely claiming there was animal feces and urine throughout the home, which is completely untrue. I have photo and video evidence showing the condition of the home and the incomplete work. Very disappointing experience and poor accountability."

Yumi handled the cleaning both days and was fantastic. She arrived early, walked through the home to understand priorities, and worked diligently without rushing. She asked questions before moving or discarding anything and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction, even walking me through the completed areas at the end of each day. This will definitely be a monthly service for me. If possible, I’d love to have Yumi again, but if the rest of the team is as great as she is, you can’t go wrong."
