"Mr. Taylor, The poor quality of work can be felt and is extremely visible even in natural light. The paint prep job is also poor, nail holes are not properly filled, caulk is smeared on custom woodwork and walls, and then painted on top of with trash in the paint. I have asked you to meet me at said jobsite on multiple occasions so you could feel and see the poor quality of work including but not limited to excessive trash in the paint as well as numerous runs and drips throughout the home. Since you failed to meet me at the jobsite on multiple occasions, I pointed out these issues to your work leaderman, Daryl, while on the jobsite as well as with you via phone and text. Yet, you failed to oversee the project and walk-thru with me to see the poor quality of work as well as damages being incurred. To date you have not responded."
