"There was some confusion with the owner regarding work scope and date, but it was straightened out, and the worker did an excellent job. I asked for a bid for multiple tasks and received the bid in writing, and then when I scheduled the work, I told the owner over the phone that we only wanted to do one of those tasks, but I wasn't given the revised work scope in writing. I should have asked for it. (Lesson learned). It all worked out though, and we were happy with the work done. The final cost was as stated in the bid. I would use their services again."
