"Chris came with two additional people. They sawed apart the steel bed-frame and couch frame and removed in pieces. This took time but resulted in absolutely no damage to stairway or walls. (This had been concern for us with such a heavy awkward item.) They vacuumed the carpet and moved other furniture into place and additionally removed some other junk.
