He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. I can't think of a contractor and I've worked with quite a few once in the past and for this project, I met with several ones as well and Landmark construction & energy crew is more reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented. "Great work!  Jeff was a pleasure to work with-punctual, came when he said he would with a crew that was professional, neat, fast and cleaned up afterwards so you couldn't tell the work had just been done.   If you have ever dealt with the mess of drywall dust, you know how important it is to have it done without leaving a huge mess afterwards.   <br /> Also, they added things I hadn't considered, like an attic opening, without me asking, since I didn't know enough to ask.  He did an imperfect smooth finish that I still enjoy looking at almost two years later.   <br /> I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff if you need any drywall done. <br />"

"I originally called Holden's Drywall but he was backlogged. He was kind enough to refer me to Central Coast Acoustic Ceilings. Chad was very accommodating in that he was willing to go over to the condo to give me a quote without me being there. This is a vacation home and I didn't want to make a special trip. Chad was very responsive not only with the quote but with my numerous questions about the job (I'm a detailed kind of person). He did the work on the date we agreed upon and he cleaned up the area when the job was done. There were a couple of imperfections (again, I am a very detailed person) and he came back to touch up those areas and did so with a positive attitude. He even sealed off some areas that were less than perfect prior to the job and were actually beyond the scope of the job. We no longer have popcorn ceilings (thank goodness!) and although I have not yet repainted, it appears that the re-texture was done well. I will use Chad and Central Coast Acoustic Ceilings again in the future if I need anymore work done."

"Overall the project went smoothly, the vendor was very receptive to change orders.  Works with a small crew which took the project over a month to complete from baseboard to ceiling. Multiple walks were performed to address all remaining punchlist items. Overall it was a good experience with this vendor, be make communication is clear and concise of what the job fully entails.  "

"We used Will to replace our windows in our whole house. We ordered the windows from the Door and Window Stop. He was very professional, courteous, and his guys were very fast and clean. He was there every day with them. They cleaned up at the end of every day. The quality of work was outstanding. The Stucco subcontractor he used was 3 days late and delayed the project quite a bit but he said that they were worht the wait. And they were, they did a good job. Overall I would highly recomend him and we will use him again when we remodel our bathrooms and kitchen."

"Wife found a leak under the master bath sink...i saw a leak from under the siding on the outside wall in the same place. I removed drywall under the sink, couldn't find the leak, and a small bit of siding outside and still couldn't find the leak. Called Quik Rooter, they searched from under the sink upward and from the attic downward and found it about 6 feet up inside the wall. They dried to pull the old copper pipe in one motion up through the attic to avoid putting more holes in the drywall but couldn't. When they opened the wall, they found a hole from a previous patch job (previous home owner) that hadn't been done correctly and the couplings that were used were preventing the copper pipe from being pulled up past the strapping and into the attic. They replaced the copper with a new poly flex tubing and all is better than new. They were quick, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. Price was a bit high but competitive to others in the area, especially for a short notice job."
