The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. He appreciated my need to update but yet maintain the character and charm of the house.  This was the only shower so he also worked quickly to reduce the inconvenience.  Brian also accommodated some changes I wanted to make that were not in the original plan. We still own this house as a rental property and that bath has withstood some tenant "mishandling", and still looks and works just as well as when it was completed in 2007.
