He promptly responded to initial inquiry, came to house by next day, gave honest assessment of work to be done, made good recommendations, and gave reasonable estimates of time and costs. He replaced deck railings, reinforced spindles and bench, sanded down entire deck and steps, and applied 2 coats of deck stain. Because of work done, the deck is actually more secure and looks better than when it was originally built. Brian himself was always on job, was very responsive to questions and his helpers were cordial. Brian was very easy to work and I would highly recommend him. I did receive 2 other proposals for this project and Brian absolutely provided the best value at the best price."
