"Our experience with Parkyn Landscaping has been nothing short of exceptional. From our first meeting with Tyler, who provided us with a detailed estimate and walked us through every step of the process, to the final transformation of our front and back yard, we have been thoroughly impressed. Initially, our front yard and driveway were plagued with weeds, worn-out mulch, and overgrown bushes desperately in need of trimming. The backyard presented an even larger challenge, with an overgrown garden neglected for over four years and two large fig trees requiring attention. The team at Parkyn Landscaping tackled these issues with expertise and professionalism. They started by removing the smaller, unhealthy fig tree and clearing out all debris. They then filled in the lawn with fresh soil, adjusted the grading for better drainage, and meticulously planted new grass seeds, ensuring to cover them with straw and providing us with detailed watering instructions for optimal growth. Along the side of our house, they planted small boxwood shrubs that promise to enhance our yard's aesthetic once they mature. On the scheduled day, Parkyn Landscaping's crew arrived promptly at 7:30 am, ready to work. Despite the scorching 90-degree heat, they worked tirelessly throughout the day, demonstrating efficiency and a no-nonsense approach. By 4:30 pm, they had completely transformed our yard beyond recognition – so much so that we couldn't resist taking pictures to share with our relatives. We cannot recommend Parkyn Landscaping highly enough to anyone in need of landscaping services. Their commitment to quality, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. Thank you, Parkyn Landscaping, for turning our yard into a beautiful outdoor space we can now truly enjoy!"

"Went great very professional and reliable"

"Claire and her husband were friendly professional and easy to work with. We had a few large items we needed hauled away and they did the job for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!!"

"The two crew members arrived on time and did a good job removing bulk trash that had accumulated over months due to illness. Have made arrangements for this company to do more work for me."

"Bruce contacted me within 24 hours of the purchase and scheduled an appointment to review the job.  He completed the job a few days later.  Everything went well.  Would use his services again."

"Patrick and his team were wonderful to work with for our stone and brick repointing! They came on time as scheduled for both the quote (which was very fair for the work that needed done) and actual work start date. The work they did looks amazing, and they took care to make the new sections of mortar have the same style as the old sections on our beautiful Victorian. Patrick even pointed out several other issues (some of which we were aware of), and prioritized them based on severity. We will happily be hiring them again for our masonry needs!"

"We are absolutely thrilled by the work that was done by JMJ Landscaping.  They were able to reproduce exactly what we had requested.  We wanted a flagstone patio installed with an organic layout design that complemented the curved lines of our garden.  Since our yard has a downward slope, we asked for a low and sloping stone wall to be built on one edge of the patio and to actually level out a section of the yard so that it could abut the wall and in essence create level ground in the yard.  They finished off by seeding the newly leveled portion of yard and covering it with hay.  They completed the job in a very timely fashion at the price we were quoted.  My husband was very impressed that they obtained Wissahickon schist for the wall to mirror the stone that our house is made of.  The guys were extremely professional and really took pride in their work.  The new patio is absolutely beautiful and looks as if it was part of the original design of the house.  Although it was a little expensive the quality of the workmanship and supplies was well worth it and I have no doubt that this has increased the value of our property.  I would highly recommend JMJ Landscaping.

"Avant Gardens was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Owner and operator team Joe and his brother Andrew provided consistent communication throughout the entire project which I find to be very unusual compared to other contractors I have worked with. Joe met with me multiple times, on my schedule, to discuss the vision for the project and ensured that I was comfortable before taking any next steps. He and his brother, with a combined 50+ years experience, are so knowledgeable and lent their expertise when selecting the perfect plants for my yard conditions and my garden is thriving. The team started on-time and worked throughout the entire day to keep the project on track. Every member of the team is respectful and highly skilled in their craft given me confidence that the job would be done right and it was. I live in a city row home and had my entire front yard removed and new garden beds installed. I had custom stone garden beds installed in my backyard as well. In addition to the 100+ plantings the team brought in they build custom fences and gates to my specifications. Joe said there wasn't a project they couldn't tackle and he proved me right. I am pleased with my new gardens and would highly recommend the Avant Gardens team."
