From the very beginning it was apparent John was detail oriented and most importantly, concerned about delivering a quality product to his customers. John is very hands on, and his approach of shopping with the homeowner to make sure everything will “work” during installation I think is a key component of job success and customer satisfaction. The guys worked straight thru with work only interrupted by permits/inspections. He involved and asked us about anything that came up along the way that we had not previously talked about.
