After strong winds damaged my fence, I reached out and sent photos. The repair needed more than a simple adjustment, and they could have easily pushed for a much more expensive fix or even a partial reinstall. Instead, they were honest, responsive, and fair. They only charged a small service fee and are taking the time to properly repair everything so the fence is fully restored?not just patched. That level of integrity and follow-through says a lot.
