No project ever goes perfectly, you change your mind, have to make certain adjustments, things take longer than anticipated, etc. Juan and his crew were always professional, showed up in time every day, stayed late when they had to to get the job done. This was not an easy design with new wall framing, existing wall knockouts, interior view windows, and smooth texture finish. The results exceeded our expectations. BTW, he was the ONLY contractor who mentioned protecting our yard and drive from the concrete trucks and vehicles with his plan (our biggest concern). His crew was on time, very skilled and all were professional and polite. Overall I thought the whole process went better than we expected, was fun to watch and we are enjoying our new beautiful concrete patio.
