"Provider did not cover my location and also did not work Saturday or Sunday (was not listed on Angie's list big deal) and ended up needing a refund.. the service provider should have made me aware the first day I tried to schedule that i was not in their coverage area instead of letting me wait and schedule week after week then telling me that i would need to wait 2 weeks for service.. A simple "you need to get a refund" would have been acceptable on day one or day 2.. Overall i respect their trying to go out of their way to help me out but 3 weeks of wasted time was too much."
