They only charged a small service fee and are taking the time to properly repair everything so the fence is fully restored?not just patched. That level of integrity and follow-through says a lot. On 10/16/2025, Corey and Marlon installed a fantastic new gate in my backyard in Merritt Island, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. "We had a couple false starts due to hurricane Irma followed by a death in the family. We had to postpone two installation dates, but once things settled down we were guickly rescheduled. The two-man crew arrived at the scheduled and proceeded with the job. There were some significant issues with the French door, but they were handled professionally and cheerfully without extra charge. A large amount of stucco around the door had to be repaired and that was done quickly by another crew while we were out of town. Lorne and Kurt did an excellent job on the doors and windows. Lorne returned a few days later by himself to install the garage door and did a beautiful job of installing trim around the inside on what was a very challenging surface. One panel of the French door had the inside frame installed upside down, making it impossible to operate to blinds. It took too long, about two weeks, for the door vendor to come to remedy the situation. Once they got here the repair was quickly made. The project manager, Andy, was initially a little slow to respond to calls. That could be an effect of the hurricane. Once things got underway Andy was very responsive to both calls and texts and was easy to work. Everyone bent over backward to make sure the job went well. We are very pleased with the job and highly recommend PRC to anyone in need of new windows or doors."

"Daniel the salesman was professional and courteous. He gave a projected timeframe for our fence installation but that it could change due to weather and material. My main complaint was with the office. They were with terrible in communicating any delays to us. The saving grace was the installation team (Ryan and crew - 5 stars) their work was top notch. We have small dogs, and they took the time to make sure there were no opening's that our dogs could get out. They were able to start and finish up the same day. Our fence looks awesome and have gotten compliments from several of our neighbors. Great job......."

"A portion of 6 ft. tall stockade fence near the W side property line was moved and repaired. Several posts were also relocated. Victor and his assistant did a great, careful job; and, the relocated fence lined-up about as perfect as one can get! I was outside monitoring the work (i. e., providing survey information, and verifying that the posts lined-up correctly). I enjoyed my phone conversation with Debby, the Office Manager. Thank you, Debby, for a well-done job, and for taking a chance on me! (NOTE: This recommendation came from Angie's List, soon after calling them directly. The problem I discovered (per survey) was that the portion of fence was crossing over into the neighbor's yard; and, I needed to correct this situation. Two other local fencing companies (one that I called directly, and a second one contacted by Angie's List on my behalf) apparently refused the job.)"
