Since then we've had 14 leaks (yep, still leaking), water damage, and there's still an open failed inspection with multiple code violations. Code violations that this “master inspector” claims he did not see but are very obvious. Topline has yet to fix my roof and clear the final inspection. How many more leaks or how long do I need to wait Topline... Here's a huge tip! When contractors say they are "insured", make sure their policy covers their work..."
