From first meet, to quick/fair quote (no haggling/negotiation necessary) to the endless patience he displayed as we debated endlessly about what style to go with and all the individual choices that go along with it. He came to the stores with us to talk through options and the pros and cons of the materials and was available anytime we wanted to chat. When it came to doing the work, it couldn't have gone smoother. Fast execution. High quality work. Daily clean up (zero mess in or outside the house during). When we didn't like some of the choices we made (paint, etc), Lenny made the changes with zero fuss. There are many examples throughout the project where the team went above and beyond and finished right on time.
