"This job was more than tree "trimming." Red Cedar removed huge trees from our property on a main road where traffic concerns had to be addressed. The yard they were dealing with also could not accommodate large equipment in the rear, so all trees removed from the backyard had to be hoisted above the house to be grounded up and taken away. "The overall experience was great. We initially called in a request for service as our sprinklers were not working. In addition to helping us with that issue, Angel Bernabe from Pacific Lawn Sprinklers helped us with an issue with one zone that we had had since we bought the house. We had been told by a prior vendor that the issue we were having would likely require us to dig up our driveway to repair it. Angel was able to identify the issue and repair it on the spot (no driveway disruption required) and we have a fully functional sprinkler system for the first time since we bought the house. They did a great job getting the yard back into shape, and then on the next round of maintenance, cleaned up all of the leaves. Because I could not go out to see the house, after each service visit, Manny texted me pictures of what they did. We are very pleased with the care his crew exercised in cleaning up the yard so thoroughly on their initial visit, and they did a nice job maintaining the yard on their second visit. Manny even offered to return to the house to bring the leaf bags to the curb on the day of pick up, since we live far from the house and could not do it ourselves.
