The next day we clogged the toilet again and he came back within an hour to fix it again for no charge. Pricing is very reasonable and is much lower than other plumbers. "The service guy came to check the air conditioner for me because we were in for a heat wave. He was honest and told me that he had never seen an air conditioner in such good condition for being about 40 years old. He told me that I could get it cleaned or tuned up, but I really should just leave it as is if it was working. He did not press me to do repairs that were not necessary and gave me some general information on what I should do it I ever wanted to needed it to be replaced. I was very happy to hear that everything was in order and that I would not have to spend any money to keep it running."
