"I made two appointmens with this contractor and he failed to show up. The first appointment was to stop by at a specific time to evaluate the project. He didn't show up. I called again and he did show up to evaluate and he quoted $300 and I accepted and he scheduled a time to begin the work and again never showed up at the scheduled time. I received no phone calls to indicate why he didn't show up or to reschedule the work."

Izabella came to our project with wonderful suggestions, from the overall design down to the smallest details.
