All wanted to use their fixture and cut the shower tile to fit the new fixture, so I gave up. After a year or so, I joined Angie’s list and found Top Notch plumbing. Gordon had some fixture recommendations, but allowed me to purchase my own fixture that was compatible with my current installation. The overall install took about 3 hours. Gordon took care during the work to not damage any existing tile or carpet. He knows his craft and performed a very clean and professional install. "We've had Chris for two problems with our water heater. The first time he fixed a ruptured outlet on the top of the heater. The second problem happened when the pressure relief valve on the top of the heater failed and had to be replaced. Both service calls went perfect, we love Chris and Pipes Plumbing. It is very important to describe the service that you desire in detail. If the plumber doesn 't have exactly what you need he may improvise. This is probably commonly done in the business. If you know the parts you will need go ahead and buy and have available. Bill Howe Plumbing is well known and does have a reputable business. Also, you will pay for the full first hour whether it takes that long to do the job or not."

"I tried to install a new bathroom faucet myself and wound up in trouble.  Had to turn off the water to the house as I also needed to replace the hot and cold water shutoff valves.  Had difficulty getting the old compression rings and nuts off.  I called the "A" rated plumbers in my immediate area and a couple could get to me in a day, another could get here in a couple of days.  Non Stop Plumbing could (and did) get here in 20 minutes! <br /> Chad quickly extracted the old compression rings and nuts, and went on to finish the replacement of the shutoff valves.  He then continued to install the new faucet . . . all done perfectly and in less than an hour! <br /> I'm extremely please with the rapid response time and his professionalism!  'Would not hesitate to use Non Stop Plumbing again in the future! <br />"
