"Hands down the BEST plumber I’ve ever dealt with!! He had me send photos of the tank and area (which I liked because I didn’t have to clear my schedule for the estimate. Super convenient!) He was super helpful in answering all of my questions about my options, he was very polite, left the area cleaner than he found it and he was the lowest price in the area for the best work. Without specifying, he installed a quality brand tank and removed the old one and made sure we knew how to operate everything and suggested we flush the tank every 6 months to extend the life of the tank. I refuse to use anyone else but him now. That’s the only time I’ve not felt like I was getting “hustled” or taken advantage of by a plumber. Such a positive experience during a stressful situation!! Since my bathroom would be torn up, I decided on a partial remodel. Experienced Plumbing provided me with names of a tile installer, plasterer, and a resource for my flooring. The entire EP team, and all of the people they recommended, were wonderful, coordinating their schedules to get this job done. "Ernie, from Modern Plumbing, came on time and ready to work. He had to work very hard to remove the old galvanized pipe, most of which was behind some cabinets. I was glad to give him a hand because it actually took two people to do some of the job. I was very pleased to see that Ernie was willing to listen to my concerns, he was respectful and diligent in the way he carried out his duties. He did cut a couple of pipes two short, which forced him to do additional work, thus lengthening the duration of his visit and the final cost of the project (Modern Plumbing charges by increments of 15 minutes). There was some time idling in the van both before Ernie came in the house and after the job was completed, which I was also charged for. The project was a bit in the expensive side, but I was satisfied with the work performed. <br />"
