Steve took the time to talk through the project and answer all our question before giving us a fair quote. He also checked in on the first day of construction. The crew showed up on the day we agreed and finished the job the next day (1 full day total). Fence looks great--no wavy top line despite uneven ground--and exactly as I pictured. They took all the old broken fence, post etc and left my backyard neat as a pin. We have a small dog that we didn't want to get out through irregularities btwn the vinyl siding and the foundation and Hern was very solicitous and came up with good, solid, aesthetic solutions. Good attention to detail. It's clear he and Steve take great pride in their family business and it shows in the quality of the fence and workmanship. I can see why they are in such high demand. "It went well. The rep from the fence company, Ernie, was pleasant, knowlegeable, and seemed trustworthy. The bid was priced under another provider's and a stronger, reinforced gate alternative was quoted as well. We went for the reinforced gate option. We had to wait a while for the installation, but we were told that ahead of time. Because this was a small project, it would be something they would do on an afternoon that another job would finish early, and that was fair to us, though it went on a week or two longer than first anticipated, but we weren't worried, we were just anxious to have our missing gate replaced. The two installers were pleasant as well, and they put the gate together well. Multiple owners of a condo association had to approve the work, and they all did."

"Noah was a pleasure to work with and did a beautiful job renovating our sunroom, which was in terrible shape--rotting paneling and woodwork, old carpet, a ridiculous window into the living room. He and his crew were able to transform the room into a lovely, comfortable space, and do some additional work (repointing chimney, basement ceiling repairs, window calking) in a little more than a couple weeks. He came up with creative solutions to address the woodwork problem in the sunroom, and the resulting craftsmanship is perfect and looks great.
